MedaPhor Group plc (AIM: MED), the intelligent ultrasound software and simulation company, announces an update on trading and the integration of the artificial intelligence business, Intelligent Ultrasound Limited (“IUL”), which was acquired by the Company in October 2017. Innovate UK grant award

Conditional award to fund development of virtual reality aid for ultrasound-guided needling MedaPhor Group plc (AIM: MED), the intelligent ultrasound software and simulation company, announces that it had been awarded a conditional grant offer from Innovate UK to fund the development of a new augmented reality imaging device to improve ultrasound-guided needling. The grant of £464,000, which is conditional on a financial review by Innovate UK, was awarded as part of Innovate UK’s Digital Health Technology Catalyst competition. Completion of acquisition total voting rights director/PDMR shareholding

MedaPhor Group plc (AIM: MED), the intelligent ultrasound software and simulation company, announces that following admission today of 56,477,285 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”) relating to the placing to raise approximately £5.5 million and the Company’s proposed acquisition of Intelligent Ultrasound Limited for a total consideration of up to £3.6 million, both the placing and the acquisition have completed. Multi-system contract awarded at Mohawk College in Canada

MedaPhor Group plc (AIM: MED), the global provider of advanced ultrasound training simulators for medical professionals, has won a multi-system ScanTrainer and HeartWorks contract at Mohawk College in Canada. The college, which runs the largest sonography programme in Canada and which had already purchased two ScanTrainer systems in 2014, is installing a further two ScanTrainers and two HeartWorks systems into its new simulation facility.
