MedaPhor (AIM: MED), the intelligent ultrasound software and simulation company, is pleased to announce that further to the announcement of the Placing and Open Offer on 26 November 2018, it has conditionally raised total gross proceeds of £78,778 via the Open Offer. The Open Offer closed for acceptances at 11.00 a.m. on 11 December 2018. The Company received valid acceptances from Qualifying Shareholders in respect of 926,801 Open Offer Shares, including applications for 63,354 Open Offer Shares under the Excess Application Facility. Results of general meeting and total voting rights

MedaPhor Group plc (AIM: MED), the intelligent ultrasound software and simulation company, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed by shareholders. Accordingly, the Company has raised £5.08 million in the Placing and Open Offer and has issued and allotted 59,750,331 Placing and Open Offer Shares, conditional only on Admission becoming effective. Medaphor’s AI obstetric image database exceeds 1 million images

MedaPhor (AIM:MED), the intelligent ultrasound software and simulation company, is pleased to announce that its database used for training its artificial intelligence (AI) products now exceeds 1 million obstetric ultrasound images. Large image libraries are a prerequisite to creating AI solutions. These images have helped MedaPhor to develop its ScanNav® AI-based clinical software for ultrasound professionals. Placing an open offer and notice of general meeting [26/11/18]

MedaPhor (AIM: MED), the intelligent ultrasound software and simulation company, announces that it is proposing to raise £5.0 million (before the deduction of fees and expenses) through the conditional issue of 58,823,530 Placing Shares at 8.5 pence per Ordinary Share. In addition, the Company is proposing to raise up to a further £2.1 million approximately (before the deduction of fees and expenses) through an Open Offer via the issue of up to 24,219,354 Open Offer Shares at 8.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Medaphor commences clinical trial for AnatomyGuide

MedaPhor (AIM:MED), the intelligent ultrasound software and simulation company, announces it is commencing a clinical trial within the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board to capture data for its AnatomyGuide artificial intelligence (AI) software for ultrasound-guided anaesthetic procedures such as peripheral nerve blocks. Increasingly, ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks are being used as a safer and more cost-effective alternative to general anaesthesia but not all anaesthetists have the specialist knowledge of ultrasound anatomy to perform them. MedaPhor has been named in Education Technology Insight magazine’s list of Top 10 Artificial Intelligence Solution Providers 2018. The magazine is one of the United States’ leading publications for those with an interest in how technology adoption can transform educational delivery. MedaPhor’s real-time ultrasound image analysis software, ScanNav, uses deep learning-based algorithms to automatically identify, grade and capture good ultrasound images to provide real-time guidance, assessment and audit of obstetric scanning. Medaphor provides quality control of fetal ultrasound images for the hapin trial

MedaPhor (AIM: MED), the intelligent ultrasound software and simulation company, announces it is working with the Household Air Pollution Intervention Network (HAPIN) trial to provide quality control of fetal ultrasound images. Medaphor assists the intergrowth-21st project at the university of Oxford

MedaPhor, the intelligent ultrasound software and simulation company, has provided valuable assistance to The International Fetal and Newborn Growth (INTERGROWTH-21st) Consortium led by the University of Oxford. The Consortium has developed new international standards describing optimal fetal and newborn growth, which are being incorporated into clinical care around the world to improve health outcomes. The INTERGROWTH-21st Project involved collecting data throughout pregnancy, including over 500,000 fetal ultrasound images, from healthy women in eight geographically diverse regions of the world.
