Notice of annual general meeting
MedaPhor Group plc (“the Company” or “the Group”), the global provider of advanced ultrasound training simulators for medical professionals, wishes to advise its shareholders that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“the AGM”) will be held on 11 May 2016 at 10.30 a.m. at the Company’s registered office, Cardiff Medicentre, Heath Park, Cardiff, CF14 4UJ. The Group’s 2015 Annual Report which contains the formal notice of the AGM has today been posted on the Group’s website, www.medaphor.com. Hard copies of the Annual Report including the Notice and a form of proxy for use at the AGM have been posted to all shareholders.
Placing to raise £3.2 million
Cardiff, UK; 1st April 2016: MedaPhor Group plc (AIM: MED), the global provider of advanced ultrasound training simulators for medical professionals, has conditionally raised £3.2 million by way of a placing of 7,111,112 new Ordinary Shares at 45 pence each with certain existing and new shareholders. The Placing Shares have been conditionally placed by Cenkos, as agent for the Company, with institutional and other investors. Final audited results for the year ended 31 December 2015
MedaPhor Group plc (“MedaPhor” or “the Company” or “the Group”), the global provider of advanced ultrasound education simulators for medical professionals, announces its final audited results for the year ended 31 December 2015 and its intention to raise £3.2m in a placing with new and existing shareholders. Trading update
Cardiff, UK; 8th December 2015: MedaPhor Group plc (AIM: MED), the global provider of advanced ultrasound training simulators for medical professionals, today provides the following update on trading for the year to 31 December 2015. Invoiced sales to 30th November 2015 were £2.0m, which is 48% up on 2014 sales as of the same date and 11% up on 2014 sales for the full year. Medaphor announces largest single contract win

Medaphor enhances ScanTrainer for Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology
