Formation of nomination committee

Intelligent Ultrasound (AIM: MED), the artificial intelligence (AI) based ultrasound software and simulation company, announces the formation of a Nomination Committee of The Board of Directors. While to date, Intelligent Ultrasound has used the whole board to consider matters of nomination, given the Company’s current maturity and the nature of its current board composition, the Company is establishing a more focused Nomination Committee to lead its process for appointments and oversee the development of a diverse pipeline for succession.
