The resuscitative TEE workshop is live from Montreal
After a brief hiatus initiated by the global pandemic, The Resuscitative TEE Workshop, an immersive course on resuscitative transesophageal echocardiography, is fortunately back in full swing and committed to teaching and learning safely with our current circumstances in mind. The multidisciplinary team of clinicians behind the Resuscitative TEE Project has developed the first state-of-the-art practical course on resuscitative TEE and has gone on to teach hundreds of clinicians fundamental ultrasound scanning skills.
The Montreal 2020 course took place last week on September 11th, led by founder Felipe Teran, MD and faculty members Andre Denault, MD and Brett Nelson, MD. For the first time in the program’s history, a combination of both in-person faculty and virtual faculty joining in from NYC guided participants through the course. A sophisticated setup with high quality video and audio, leading doctors in their field, and HeartWorks ultrasound simulators combine to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience for TEE education.
Not only is the quality of the training spectacular – so is the view. Take a look below at some of our favourite moments from the event.
